We are in a season of great change in the world; and these changes – although multi-faceted – can be much better understood if we consider them as having political origins. Too long have Americans been divided, pitted against one another by outspoken proponents of the 2-party paradigm. The political ‘right’ and ‘left’ are seen as forever-warring factions: but the entire conflict is based on a false premise: that ‘liberals’ and ‘conservatives’ are opposites (they are not, in fact – and this is a critical and fundamental point which must be analyzed to be fully understood. This fact is exposed in multiple ways throughout this book). The author hopes that, once this crucial point is finally understood, we can start seeing our neighbors in a different, more fair and equitable light. In the wake of such a wonderful change, peace and prosperity will both stand a much better chance of manifesting in our now-chaotic world.
But there is much more at play than this relatively simple misunderstanding between the two major parties. And the deeper into the story you go the murkier the waters become. The author delves headlong and fearless into those muddy waters, anxious to educate others about the true forms of things which have remained too long as specters in the shadows.
This book is also chock-full of historical quotes by the movers and shakers of bygone days – quotes which will shock and awe the average reader, and stir into all minds a deeper realization of history.
