Hi everyone! First things first: this post has nothing whatsoever to do with bipartisan politics (we’ll leave that subject for another day…). Of far greater import is the subject of the United States Corporation, a legal entity that was setup in secret over a century ago for the purposes of profiteering and social engineering.
My good news of the day is that, after more than a year of studying, preparing and filing numerous legal documents, I am now a bona fide member of the United States Republic, having exited the U.S. corporation. I received back my USPS ‘green cards’ this week from a host of government (corporate) bureaus, including the U.S. Treasury Dept., the U.S. State Dept., the IRS, etc.
But what does this all mean? This is a massive subject, large enough to fill an entire section of any library – so I can only provide the very basics within the confines of a single blog post.
The United States Corporation
First, some evidence of the existence of a ‘United States Corporation’: firstly, Bouvier’s Law Dictionary states: “The United States of America are a corporation, endowed with the capacity to sue and be sued, to convey and receive property…”. Dun & Bradstreet lists the DUNs number for the United States Government as 052714196 (with many other DUNs numbers for the various departments, such as 030421397 for the Dept. of Defense, 026661067 for the Dept. of Treasury, etc). Dun & Bradstreet is the worlds largest business registry, and uses DUNs numbers as a way to identify a business – one DUNs number per business. The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines a business as “a commercial or sometimes an industrial enterprise”.
The terms ‘commercial’ and ‘industrial’ both refer to for-profit enterprises, as in ‘commerce’ and ‘industry’. The key takeaway here is that the U.S. Corporation was established for the sake of making profits. And the proof is ‘in the pudding’, as we say: every single time you have a government-related issue in your life, you will almost invariably pay a fee. Cases in point: taxes, vehicle registration, licensing, violations – the list goes on and on.
Manta.com shows that the U.S. Government was “incorporated in Virginia”.
Much has been written over the years to debunk all these claims – but literally anyone can spend a few hours online and find the preponderance of evidence for themselves. And the fact remains that you, the reader, hate filing taxes just as much as anyone, because the burden feels like its much greater than it should be – as if something is amiss (for it certainly is!).
The Problem with Disclosure (and Non-disclosure)
So why is this question of ‘if’ so difficult to prove or to disprove? It all boils down to the very serious legal problem of disclosure. It’s easy to see, for instance, that a company which fails to disclose an important fact in their contract with a customer would be forced to render that contract null-and-void; such companies will usually only do this when under serious legal duress, because doing so will interfere with their profits.
What we need to understand is that any and all interactions with the government are contractual as well, and therefore all those contracts are subject to the law of disclosure.
The day you were born, your parents were coerced by the hospital to have your parents sign a birth certificate. Life most people, your parents thought it was only a harmless piece of paper, used only for the future identification of your new, precious bundle of joy. What they did not realize is that, by signed that ‘certificate’, they were releasing you into the legal custody of the U.S. Corporation as a slave to that system. They were also releasing you from the United States Republic, which is what would have offered you all the protections of the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, etc.
But because that fact was not disclosed to them (or to you) at the time of signing, you have the right (if you are 25 years or older) to nullify that illegal contract, by filing a stack of paperwork with the government. The government has the legal obligation of accepting that change of status, because your birth certificate contains no language whatsoever of your slavery, your subjection to maritime law (fascism) over common law (thou shalt not kill or harm another), your loss of the legal protection and the full faith and credit of the United States Republic, and much more. Because of this, they know full well that you could sue them for lots and lots of money (including damages); so, they prefer to quietly accept your new paperwork – assuming that it’s filled out correctly (!).
How to Change Your Political/Legal Status
There are 15 documents that need to be printed, signed and submitted to the various govt. agencies. Most of those documents also need to be notarized, which can be done in one sitting with any notary (I used my bank, since it was free). The documents themselves can be obtained from creditoracademy.com; they have a template available (for around $500) which allows you to easily insert your own info into all the docs. That part only takes about 20 minutes.
Once the docs are all notarized, you’ll want to have seven certified copies made of the whole stack (you can use the same notary for that). Then, you’ll need to send the original stack to a county recorder’s office for public recording. Many counties have stopped accepting these documents (as a way to keep people as their slaves for as long as possible); but you can file with any county recorder, in any state. I filed with Pima County in Arizona, for a cost of around $45. Once you receive back the county’s own certified copy, you’ll send that stack to the various bureaus (U.S. Dept. of State, IRS, etc.). You want to use USPS Certified Mail for all your mailings; this is not only for the sake of being trackable, but more importantly because Certified Mail provides you with proof that your package was delivered to each government bureau (so they can’t just claim they didn’t receive it, in order to keep you from exiting their system of control. You’ll need a different tracking number for each bureau). That proof comes in the form of the USPS green card – aka Form 3811 – and you should keep those green cards in your filing cabinet for as long as you live (just in case you ever need to prove your change of status in court at any time in the near or far future – although you can also use your passport – more on this in a moment…).
Once you get your green card back from the U.S. State Department, you can apply for a new passport. When you receive it, you’ll notice that it has only three stars rather than the four stars that most people have on their passports. Three stars means that you are a foreign national, with the same elevated status as a diplomat. This means you no longer have to wait in long, slow TSA lines at the airport!
More importantly, it means you are now free from Admiralty law (aka ‘maritime law’) which is the fascistic form a law that most people are under. Now, if you get pulled over by a police for speeding, or for rolling through a stop sign, you can simply show the officer your passport (or your Proof of Public Law ID, which you can also get from CreditorAcademy). Once the officer looks you up in the police database, they’ll see your diplomatic status and will usually let you go without incident (you may have to explain your status as an Article IV member of the U.S. Republic, so you’ll want to study up on all the associated laws and lingo). Most importantly, never present yourself as the ALL-CAPS version of your name (your name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS indicates the fictional version of you – the slave!); instead, tell the officer that you’re John from the family Doe (or Jane from the Johnson family, etc.). that way, they know they have no legal power over you.
And it’s the same if, for any reason, you find yourself in front of a judge in court (although slightly more treacherous if you accidentally say the wrong thing). By continually keeping yourself separate from your STRAWMAN (your ALL-CAPS name. It’s called a STRAWMAN because it has no real substance – it’s not a real person!), and claiming only to be the living, breathing person with the name John from the Doe family, you can then request to have your case argued under common law rather than under Admiralty law. Judges hate to make that switch, because it severely limits their power (and therefore their ability to extract money from you, much of which finds its way into their personal bank accounts!).
Just Part of the Road to Freedom
This change of status is only one of the ways a person can free themselves from the bondage of indentured servitude. For those that are in need of funding (for whatever reason), the next step would be to use your new change in political status to now change your status as the legal fiduciary over your STAWMAN. This offers the possibility of receiving funding from the government. Freedom advocates refer to this as becoming an SPC (Secure Party Creditor).
You can also obtain an EIN (Employer Identification Number) from the IRS for one of your trusts you will set up (much easer than it sounds), then use that EIN to get a USDOT (U.S. Dept. of Transportation) license plate for your vehicle. This type of plate shows police from a distance that they probably don’t want to pull you over for a traffic violation, as it would be a waste of time for both parties (in other words, they’ll treat you like a diplomat even from a distance!). And since USDOT plates are ‘permanent’ (don’t need constant renewal or re-registration), it means that you are now free from the DMV – you’ll never have to go there ever again (if you choose not to).
Not For Everyone
I recognize that most people won’t take all these steps, for one reason or another. Most find this information dubious; others don’t have the time or energy; still others are afraid of backlash by the ‘powers that be’. I simply offer this post as information only, for those intrepid individuals who are tired of the ‘same ol’, same ol’ and are looking for more freedom and opportunity (and perhaps a bit of adventure…).
